Our coffee is on sale in our online store and in our factory store. The factory store is located at Rua da Alagoa, 100, 4715-533, São Mamede Este, Braga, Portugal.
3. WHAT KIND OF COFFEE CAN I USE IN THE MACHINES?
Our machines are prepared for tablets and ground coffee. If you prefer to grind your own beans, you can use a coffee grinder, preferably a Briel brand.
4. HOW CAN I ORDER THE MACHINES?
To place an order, you must register on the website, if you haven't already done so. Then choose from our espresso machines, coffee grinders, coffee or coffee machine accessories. On the page for the product you want, click on "Add" followed by "View cart". In the cart you will see the products to buy and if you are satisfied, click on checkout. Fill in the information and click on checkout.
5. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order if you have not yet paid by calling our Customer Service line: +351 253304260 (national landline). After payment we do not guarantee cancellation as our shipments are made to guarantee the minimum possible waiting time.
6. WHAT DO I DO TO RETURN IT?
You have up to 14 days after receiving the product to request a return. See Returns policy.
7. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Payment methods are MBway, MB and Bank Transfer.
8. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
For continental Portugal and the Madeira Archipelago, delivery is expected within 7 working days. For the Azores, delivery is expected to take up to 20 working days.

10. I LOST MY PASSWORD. HOW CAN I RECOVER MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Lost your password?" and enter the username or e-mail address you used to register. You will be sent an e-mail to reset your password.
11. HOW DO I GET A REPAIR?
Briel machines are fully repairable, which is why we have a defined repair process. During the warranty period, and upon presentation of valid proof of purchase, the repair of your machine is free of charge. If the machine is out of warranty or if the warranty conditions do not apply, you can send the machine to us or ask to have it collected. There is a charge for the repair estimate, which will be deducted from the repair.
12. HOW CAN I BUY A REPLACEMENT PART FOR MY MACHINE?
You can order the parts on our website under "Accessories". However, if you make any changes to the interior of the machine, it will lose its warranty.
13. WHAT PRECAUTIONS SHOULD I TAKE WHEN USING THE MACHINE FOR THE FIRST TIME?
Before drinking your coffee, you should follow these recommendations: 1. Remove the protective plastic from the fishing and exhaust pipes. 2. Add water to the tank. 3. Turn the machine on and press the coffee extraction button without the filter holder inserted 4. Wait for the water to come out for thirty seconds and press the extraction button again to turn it off. 5. Wait for the green light to come on so that it is at the ideal temperature (this step should be done every time you want to extract a coffee) 6. The coffee machine is ready to make a perfect espresso!
